It’s been a long time since my last post, and quite a lot has happened since launching Nubosas.
After a brief period without a project, I began a series of engagements as a Nubosas contractor.
The first was with Revieve, where I led the migration of two AWS accounts from console-managed infrastructure to Terraform-managed environments. I imported all existing resources, extended the setup with automation, and built CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. The project also included deploying a MongoDB Atlas cluster to support new applications.
Next, I joined a still-active engagement with a Fortune 500 company, working on their Global Data Foundation team as a DataOps engineer. My focus has been supporting their AWS infrastructure and guiding the migration to Databricks on Azure, enabling a modern, scalable data platform across global regions.
In between these major projects I also handled a smaller migration from a single on-premises server to the cloud—proof that even modest workloads benefit from strong automation and careful planning.
These experiences have reinforced what I value most: building reliable, automated infrastructure that frees teams to innovate.
Nubosas continues to help startups and SaaS businesses run modern infrastructure—cloud, hybrid, or bare-metal Kubernetes—with a strong foundation in automation, security, and cost efficiency.
I’ll use this blog to share occasional technical insights and lessons learned. If you’d like to discuss a project or connect, you can reach me through Nubosas, on LinkedIn, or on X (Twitter).
